Fire Dampers for materiale transport
Our fire dampers for materiale transport prevents the spread of transported burning materiale to your production’s adjacent fire compartments. During normal operation, the material is transported 100 % unrestricted through the fire damper’s passageway. In case of danger, smoke detectors, temperature switches and other sensors will send a signal to the operating unit. Inside the operating unit, the power circuit to the engine is interrupted and the built-in spring return actuator will currentlessly close the fire damper. Depending on its size, the damper is able to close in 5 to 10 seconds. In the event of a power failure, the damper closes.
Furthermore, our fire dampers for material transport can be connected to other and existing controls and fire alarm systems.
APPLICATION
Our fire dampers for material transport may be installed in both horisontal as well as vertical masonry or concrete components i.e. walls, above the ceiling and below the ceiling. Here it can be connected to systems such as:
