Grinding

The process of crushing and grinding material often develops large amount of dust. Concentrations of dust can evolve into an explosion if exposed to an ignitions source such as a spark or a flame. An explosion generates a blast wave and heat. The blast wave and fragments from the production facility can have fatal consequences for any person in the proximity and the generated heat can cause a fire in building structures or production facilities.

To prevent a fire and an explosion, it is essential to extinguish sparks, fires and other ignition sources before they evolve. We prevent explosions and fires from happening by supplying and mounting of spark detection equipment, that registers sparks and fire on and in mills and its conveyors.
