TYPE HT-S ROTARY VALVES
The HT-S Rotary valves have inherited all the positive features of the HT series, but they are also, due to their more robust construction, suitable for harsh operating environments.
In terms of overall dimensions and flange type, HT-S is compatible with the HT series.
The HT-S series have a maximum capacity of 25 m3/h at a maximum pressure differential of 40.000 Pa (0,4 bar). They are especially suited for use in waste incineration plants, construction materials industry, grain processing, paper- and woodprocessing industries and plastics-recycling.
These HT-S rotary valves are used in dust collection, and at the same time function as 'air lock' under dust filters and cyclones, like the HT series, but with the difference that they are suitable for higher pressure differences like in high vacuum systems (central vacuum systems). Also, the height of the temperature or the processing of abrasive materials, may be a reason to choose the HT-S series. These rotary valves are also used as metering devices under silos and bunkers, and in most of the mentioned situations, act as an “airlock” in the conveying system in order to maintain a certain pressuredifferential.
