The VESDA-A00-1P is a highly accurate aspirating smoke detection system able to cover an area of 1,000 m² (10,760 square feet). The system enables you to detect a fire before it gets out of control and act accordingly.
HOW IT WORKS
This system central is installed in easily accessibly place. From here a pipeline is passed over the area you wish to monitor for smoke development. The pipe will have strategically placed holes from which air is drawn in by a high efficiency aspiration and led to the central’s detectors for analysis. This ensures that the entire area is being analysed.
HIGHLY ACCURATE AND COSTUMISABLE SMOKE DETECTORS
Within the VESDA central, a detection chamber is located. Here CMOS imaging, multi-directional light scattering and sophisticated algorithms for smoke detection and particle type characterization is being used to detect early stages of emerging fires and alert personnel.
With the VESDA aspirating smoke detection system you can configure when the alarm will trigger, as different alarm thresholds presets are available for you to choose from. This allows the smoke detection system to suit the environment in which it operates.
CONNECTIVITY
A key feature of the VESDA aspirating smoke detection system it its ability to be accessed by other electronic devices such as smart phones and computers. WIFI enables connectivity with handheld iOS and android devices for ease of maintenance and monitoring and the USB port allows direct connection to a PC for configuration, maintenance and upgrade of firmware.
